ACP National Board of Directors 2015/2016 Strategic Plan
The Association of Continuity Professionals is dedicated to facilitating the professional growth of its members and the advancement of the Business Continuity industry and other resilience disciplines. In May, 2015 the ACP National Board adopted a 2015/2016 Strategic Plan that focused on four core areas:
- Member Value & Growth
- Communications
- Organizational Structure
- Financial Stability
These will provide the impetus to drive ACP forward in value, reach and stature. They were the product of thoughtful research, informed discussions, and creative thinking designed to consider the needs of our current members, and prepare ACP for tomorrow. The process gave the board a clear vision for charting a path for ACP’s continuing development as a professional resource for its members and a national voice for the industry.
ACP’s ultimate goal is to build a Stronger, Better ACP that supports each member in his and her professional success, and informs the world about the importance of the work we do.
